Research Project on Spirituality in
Organizations
What is "spirituality" and how does it affect one's world-view and
performance at work? Non-profit organizations (churches, rescue
squads, charities) tend to have the highest levels of commitment, loyalty,
and engagement of all our human organizations. This project is
designed to better understand the ways that people do or do not bring
their spirituality, however they define that, to work and the role that
their strategies have in influencing their performance. By
participating here, you are agreeing to have your data included in this
research project. There are only a few questions. Please be
sure to click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom in order to register your
data. IF you wish to send a more detailed set of answers to the
questions below, feel free to e-mail me at
JimClawson@virginia.edu.
The goal of this project is to publish a book describing the role of
spirituality in modern organizational life. All contributions will
be "disguised," that is, no real names will be used. Thank you for
your contribution to this project. |
