| Executive Education The Darden School has been teaching executive education, short non-degreed courses since 1955. This activity fits our school's mission "to better society by preparing principled leaders for the world of practical affairs." Darden Executive Education (DEE) offers more than a hundred programs a year across all managementt disciplines serving 3,000 - 5,000 participants a year. These courses range from 2 days to 4 weeks. primary role in Power and Leadership: week-long program exploring power, leadership, strategic thinking, leading change, leading self, levels 1, 2, and 3 perspectives, habitual behavior, organizational design, and flow/resonance. This program is one of Darden's longest lived programs, and has been taught in a 3-day form all over the world including Bangkok, Rio, Johnnesburg, Cairo, Athens, Istanbul, Kobe, Beijing, San Jose, Berlin, London, Toronto, Atlanta, and Sydney. Leading Innovation: America's Greatest Inventive Genius: 3 day program taught with Michael Gelb (How to Think like Leonardo DaVinci and Thoman Edison: America's Greatest Inventive Genius, and other books).
